Mr. Larry O’Donnell, III

Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. O’Donnell has served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since its formation in 2011. In 2000, he was recruited to help lead the turnaround of Waste Management, Inc., the leading waste, recycling, renewable energy, and environmental services firm in North America. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Waste Management from 2004 to 2010. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. O’Donnell was with Baker Hughes Incorporated, one of the largest oilfield services firms in the world. Mr. O’Donnell earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas and a JD, cum laude, from the University of Houston.


Ms. Holli C. Ladhani

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Ladhani has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since its formation in 2011. Prior to joining Rockwater, Ms. Ladhani served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Dynegy Inc., a position she held since November 2005. She previously held various finance positions with Dynegy, including Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller from 2000 to 2005. Prior thereto, Ms. Ladhani was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 1992 to 2000 and held positions with varied levels of responsibility up to Senior Manager in the audit practice, where she focused on the energy sector, including exploration and production, chemicals and refining. A certified public accountant, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and her M.B.A. (Jones Scholar) from Rice University. Ms. Ladhani serves on the Board of Directors of His Grace Foundation, which supports children who undergo bone marrow transplants, and on the Board of Directors of Atlantic Power Corporation, a North American independent power producer.


Mr. J. Kevin Blodgett

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Blodgett has served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Blodgett is the former General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Administration of Dynegy Inc., a position he held from November 2005 to February 2011. In this role, he oversaw a broad scope of responsibilities, including Legal and Governmental Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Business Services. Mr. Blodgett held various legal and administrative positions with Dynegy, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, from October 2000 to October 2005. Prior to joining Dynegy, Mr. Blodgett was an Associate with Baker Botts LLP, where he practiced corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions law. Mr. Blodgett was most recently a Managing Director with Huron Consulting Group, where he advised General Counsel on law department strategy and operational matters. Mr. Blodgett earned a BA in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston. Mr. Blodgett serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, which is dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, and on the Board of Directors of The General Counsel Forum, a peer-to-peer legal best practices community.


Mr. Doug Hayes

Senior Vice President Fluids Technologies

Mr. Hayes has served as the Senior Vice President – Fluids Technologies for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since February 2012. Prior to joining Rockwater, Mr. Hayes served since 2009 as US Land Region Vice President Sales for Baker Hughes Incorporated. From 2003 to 2009, he held various positions with Baker Hughes, including North America Vice President - Business Development, and North America Vice President and Eastern Hemisphere Director of Operations for the Baker Petrolite Division. From 1996 to 2003, he served in various senior management roles with Baker Hughes in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Prior to his time at Baker Hughes, Mr. Hayes served in various capacities for Champion Technologies from 1976 to 1996. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the oil field services sector, with a focus on specialty chemical products.


Mr. David J. Isaac

Senior Vice President Human Resources

Mr. Isaac has served as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since August 2011. Prior to joining Rockwater, he served since 2003 as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for Inmar, Inc., a promotions and reverse logistics company headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wachovia Bank, Vice President of Human Resources at Baker Oil Tools, and Senior Attorney for Baker Hughes Incorporated. Mr. Isaac obtained his undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary and his law degree from The Ohio State University.


Mr. David Nightingale

Senior Vice President Fluids Management

Mr. Nightingale has served as the Senior Vice President – Fluids Management for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since April 2012. Prior to joining Rockwater, he served as the President of I.E. Miller, a former subsidiary of Complete Production Services, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Nightingale worked at Complete Production Services for seven years in a variety of leadership roles, including running their rig and heavy equipment moving division and one of their well servicing companies in the Rockies. Prior to that, he served in a number of operating roles at energy and midstream companies. Mr. Nightingale obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and his MBA from the University of Houston.


Mr. Paul Pistono

Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing

Mr. Pistono has served as the Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September 2012. Prior to joining Rockwater, he spent the last 10+ years at Waste Management, Inc., where he served in a variety of sales, marketing, and pricing roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President-Public Sector Solutions and Vice President-Sales & Marketing of the Western Group. Mr. Pistono has led the sales, marketing, and pricing strategy for business segments generating over $3.5 billion in annual revenue, and leading sales teams of over 250 people. Prior to joining Waste Management, he held sales and marketing roles with other companies in the waste and environmental services industry. Mr. Pistono obtained his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Wyoming.

Mr. David C. Baldwin

Managing Director, SCF Partners, Inc.

Mr. Baldwin has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since its formation in June of 2011. He serves as a Managing Director of SCF Partners, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing U.S. based investments and creating investment platforms around emerging energy trends. Mr. Baldwin began his career as a Drilling and Production Engineer with Union Pacific Resources. He later went on to start an energy consulting business and worked for General Atlantic Partners, a global venture capital firm and early investor of SCF Partners. Mr. Baldwin received his MBA from the University of Texas as well as a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He serves on the Board of Directors of Houston’s Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation and serves as the President of the Foundation for the Retarded.


Mr. John W. Geddes

Managing Director, SCF Partners, Inc.

Mr. Geddes has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since its formation in June of 2011. He serves as a Managing Director of SCF Partners, Inc. and established SCF Partners in Canada in 1998 to identify investment opportunities in this rapidly expanding oilfield services market. Mr. Geddes started his career in various engineering capacities with Imperial Oil Ltd. and went on to various management positions with Reda Pump Ltd and Dresser Industries, serving as Group President of several oilfield companies with operations worldwide. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada.


Mr. J. Roderick Clark

Director, Ensco plc, Inc.

Mr. Clark has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September of 2011. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated from February 2004 through January 2008. Mr. Clark joined Baker Hughes during 2001 as President of Baker Petrolite. He formerly served as President and CEO of Consolidated Equipment Companies Inc., and as President of Sperry-Sun, a Halliburton company. Mr. Clark has held leadership positions with FMC Corporation, Schlumberger and Grace Energy Corporation. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Ensco Plc, Teekay Corporation, Sammons Enterprises, Inc., Kirby Corporation, and the Dallas Theological Seminary. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration Degrees from the University of Texas.


Mr. Keith O. Rattie

Chairman, Questar Corp.

Mr. Rattie has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September of 2011. He currently serves as a director for Questar Corporation, and formerly served as Chairman of the Board, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also served as Vice President and Senior Vice President, of Coastal Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Rattie served as a general manager at Chevron Corporation's International Gas Unit. He is a former Chairman at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. Mr. Rattie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zions First National Bank, Ensco Plc, and Questar.


Mr. Zane C. Rowe

Vice President of Sales, Apple Inc.

Mr. Rowe has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September of 2011. Mr. Rowe currently serves as Vice President, Sales at Apple Inc., a position he has held since May 2012. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for United Continental Holdings Inc. since 2010, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Continental Airlines Inc. since 2008. Mr. Rowe joined Continental in 1993, holding a variety of finance positions, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Senior Vice President of Network Strategy. Mr. Rowe received his MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He serves on the Embry-Riddle Board of Trustees.


Mr. David A. Trice

Director, QEP Resources, Inc.

Mr. Trice has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since July of 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Newfield Exploration Co. from 2000 until his retirement in 2009, and as the President of Newfield from 1999 to 2007 and again from 2007 to 2009. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Newfield from 2004 until 2010. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Newfield and as its Vice President of Finance and International from 1997 to 1999. Prior to rejoining Newfield, Mr. Trice served as President, CEO and a Director of Huffco Group, Inc. from 1991 to 1997. He was one of the original founders of Newfield and served as its Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, he served as an Officer for several companies owned by Roy M. Huffington, Inc. after beginning his career as an Attorney in private practice in Atlanta. Mr. Trice received a B.A in Managerial Science from Duke University and graduated from Columbia University's School of Law in 1973. He is a former Chairman at the American Exploration & Production Council and America’s Natural Gas Alliance. He serves on the Board of Directors of QEP Resources, Inc., New Jersey Resources Corp. and McDermott International Inc.
