Holli C. Ladhani

Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Ladhani has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since June 2015, and was named Chairman in February 2017. Ms. Ladhani held various positions at Rockwater since its formation in 2011 including Executive Vice President - Chemical Technologies and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Rockwater, Ms. Ladhani served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Dynegy Inc., a position she held since November 2005. She previously held various finance positions with Dynegy, including Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller from 2000 to 2005. Prior thereto, Ms. Ladhani was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 1992 to 2000 and held positions with varied levels of responsibility up to Senior Manager in the audit practice, where she focused on the energy sector, including exploration and production, chemicals and refining. A certified public accountant, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and her M.B.A. (Jones Scholar) from Rice University. Ms. Ladhani serves on the Board of Directors of Noble Energy Inc. and Atlantic Power Corporation, and is a Board member of Junior Achievement Southeast Texas.

David Nightingale

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Nightingale has served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Nightingale has served as the Senior Vice President – Fluids Management and Executive Vice President - Water Management since he joined Rockwater in April 2012. Prior to joining Rockwater, he served as the President of I.E. Miller, a former subsidiary of Complete Production Services, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Nightingale worked at Complete Production Services for seven years in a variety of leadership roles, including running their rig and heavy equipment moving division and one of their well servicing companies in the Rockies. Prior to that, he spent over 25 years in a number of engineering and operating management roles at several energy and midstream companies. Mr. Nightingale obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and his MBA from the University of Houston.

David J. Isaac

Senior Vice President Human Resources & General Counsel

Mr. Isaac has served as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since August 2011 and General Counsel since January 2016. Prior to joining Rockwater, he served since 2003 as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for Inmar, Inc., a promotions and reverse logistics company headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wachovia Bank, Vice President of Human Resources at Baker Oil Tools, and Senior Attorney for Baker Hughes Incorporated. Mr. Isaac obtained his undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary and his law degree from The Ohio State University.

Paul Pistono

Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing, Completion Chemicals

Mr. Pistono has served as the Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September 2012. Prior to joining Rockwater, he spent the last 10+ years at Waste Management, Inc., where he served in a variety of sales, marketing, and pricing roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President-Public Sector Solutions and Vice President-Sales & Marketing of the Western Group. Mr. Pistono has led the sales, marketing, and pricing strategy for business segments generating over $3.5 billion in annual revenue, and leading sales teams of over 250 people. Prior to joining Waste Management, he held sales and marketing roles with other companies in the waste and environmental services industry. Mr. Pistono obtained his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Wyoming.

Dave Pittenger

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pittenger has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since January 2016. Mr. Pittenger held various positions at Rockwater since joining in 2011 including Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Rockwater, Mr. Pittenger served as Managing Director and Division Controller at Dynegy. Prior to that, Mr. Pittenger spent over 27 years in a various accounting management positions at several energy companies. A certified public accountant, he received his Bachelor in Business Administration and Accounting at Marshall University, graduating magna cum laude.

David Stuart

Senior Vice President Corporate Development and Strategy

Mr. Stuart has served as the Senior Vice President Corporate Development and Strategy for Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Stuart began his career with Schlumberger as a Field Service Engineer, and has over 30 years of experience in operations, corporate development, sales, marketing, and business management in the upstream oil and gas services. Stuart joined Rockwater in 2012 to develop and implement the company’s produced water treatment and reuse strategy, and has most recently led the company’s operational support, strategy development, plan execution, and M&A initiatives. Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He earned a General Management Certificate from The University of Texas, and is a long standing member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, American Associations of Drilling Engineers.

Larry O’Donnell, III

Lead Director, Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc.

Mr. O’Donnell has served as Lead Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since February of 2017. Mr. O’Donnell formerly served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Rockwater from its formation in 2011 to 2015, and as Chairman until 2017. In 2000, he was recruited to help lead the turnaround of Waste Management, Inc., the leading waste, recycling, renewable energy, and environmental services firm in North America. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Waste Management from 2004 to 2010. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. O’Donnell was with Baker Hughes Incorporated, one of the largest oilfield services firms in the world. Mr. O’Donnell earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas and a JD, cum laude, from the University of Houston.

David C. Baldwin

Managing Director, SCF Partners, Inc.

Mr. Baldwin has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since its formation in June of 2011. He serves as a Managing Director of SCF Partners, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing U.S. based investments and creating investment platforms around emerging energy trends. Mr. Baldwin began his career as a Drilling and Production Engineer with Union Pacific Resources. He later went on to start an energy consulting business and worked for General Atlantic Partners, a global venture capital firm and early investor of SCF Partners. Mr. Baldwin received his MBA from the University of Texas as well as a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He serves on the Board of Directors of Houston’s Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation and serves as the President of the Foundation for the Retarded.

J. Roderick Clark

Director, Ensco plc, Teekay Corporation, Sammons Enterprises, & Kirby Corporation

Mr. Clark has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September of 2011. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated from February 2004 through January 2008. Mr. Clark joined Baker Hughes during 2001 as President of Baker Petrolite. He formerly served as President and CEO of Consolidated Equipment Companies Inc., and as President of Sperry-Sun, a Halliburton company. Mr. Clark has held leadership positions with FMC Corporation, Schlumberger and Grace Energy Corporation. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Ensco Plc, Teekay Corporation, Sammons Enterprises, Inc., Kirby Corporation, and the Dallas Theological Seminary. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration Degrees from the University of Texas.

Alexander P. Lynch

Partner, White Deer Energy

Mr. Lynch has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since March of 2017. He is a partner of White Deer Energy, a private equity firm founded in 2008 to invest in middle-market energy companies. Prior to joining White Deer Energy, Mr. Lynch was with J.P. Morgan for nearly fifteen years, serving most recently as Global Chairman of the Investment Bank. He also held other positions with J.P. Morgan, including Chairman of the North American Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Global Chairman of the Financial Institutions Group. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Lynch was a general partner of The Beacon Group, a private investment and strategic advisory firm, as well as a member of its Operating Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to joining The Beacon Group, Mr. Lynch was Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of The Bridgeford Group, a merger, acquisition and financial advisory firm. Mr. Lynch has served on the board of numerous public companies. Mr. Lynch received a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Keith O. Rattie

Director, Questar Corporation, Ensco plc, & Zions National Bank

Mr. Rattie has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since September of 2011. He currently serves as a director for Questar Corporation, and formerly served as Chairman of the Board, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also served as Vice President and Senior Vice President, of Coastal Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Rattie served as a general manager at Chevron Corporation's International Gas Unit. He is a former Chairman at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. Mr. Rattie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zions First National Bank, Ensco Plc, and Questar.

Sean Rice

Managing Director, SCF Partners, Inc.

Mr. Rice has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since March of 2017. He is currently a Managing Director of SCF Partners, Inc. and has served in that role since March of 2017. Prior to joining SCF Partners, Inc., Mr. Rice served in various roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co. since 1999, including as Head of the Global Energy Group in Investment Banking and, prior to that, as the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Global Energy Group. Mr. Rice received a Bachelor of Science in 1994 from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1999.

David A. Trice

Director, QEP Resources, Inc., New Jersey Resources Corp., and McDermott International Inc.

Mr. Trice has served as a Director of Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. since July of 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Newfield Exploration Co. from 2000 until his retirement in 2009, and as the President of Newfield from 1999 to 2007 and again from 2007 to 2009. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Newfield from 2004 until 2010. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Newfield and as its Vice President of Finance and International from 1997 to 1999. Prior to rejoining Newfield, Mr. Trice served as President, CEO and a Director of Huffco Group, Inc. from 1991 to 1997. He was one of the original founders of Newfield and served as its Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, he served as an Officer for several companies owned by Roy M. Huffington, Inc. after beginning his career as an Attorney in private practice in Atlanta. Mr. Trice received a B.A in Managerial Science from Duke University and graduated from Columbia University's School of Law in 1973. He is a former Chairman at the American Exploration & Production Council and America’s Natural Gas Alliance. He serves on the Board of Directors of QEP Resources, Inc., New Jersey Resources Corp. and McDermott International Inc.
